Thin, thin walls; hot, hot room.

While the beds and linens were comfortable, the walls were really thin. We could hear everyone around us (who were all partying like they'd never stayed in a semi-decent hotel before). Also, it was hard to keep the temperature in the room at a reasonable level. We both woke up the next day feeling roasted, though we had the window open as much as possible and the heat turned off. On the plus side, it was easy to get coffee from the on-site Seattle's Best, and the bellhop was nice. Bottom line: it was fine for one night, and just to go to sleep. I wouldn't stay for a special occasion, though.

At least it was clean.

We went to the Seahawks game against Arizona (probably their only win this year) and we new that all we would use the room for was sleeping and personal hygiene (tiny room). It was clean and they gave us extra coffee. Now for the unexpected stuff. Our room key cards rarely worked and when we mentioned this to other elevator passengers they agreed, I also saw one woman stomp down the hall, very angry. I would drop off my wife and go park the car (next door, through the rain) and arrive at the room only to find her standing outside because her key card wouldn't work. The elevator would take us to the 7th floor instead of the 6th floor, and another person said this happened to them too. The closet and main room doors were very sticky, and were difficult to close/open. We heard other people slamming their doors too. I think the owners have tried to keep this old hotel clean and have skimped on performing needed repairs. When walking to the parking garage to get your car you must walk through a smelly alley or all the way around the block. The house keeping staff was very friendly and one of the front desk people was surly. We have stayed in many different hotels in and around Seattle. This one had the worst parking and room operation conditions we have ever encountered.

you get what you pay for

The heater was stuck "on" when I arrived, service man turned it off but it remained unbearably hot, no offer for another room, no fan to cool it or circulate the air, no fan in bathroom. Had to go outside to the parking garage next door. Nice quaint character so consistent with that, room and bath were tiny, which was okay.

Nothing great

While this hotel has the benefit of being very close to the Seattle Art Museum and Pike Place Market, that is the only positive thing to say about this place. It is old and in poor repair. The door lock was broken, the bed was lumpy, the bathroom was so small you could barely step inside it. The room overall was very tiny, with a sagging window whose frame was pulling away from the glass, stains on the ceiling and walls. Pay a little more to get a nicer hotel that also has the location!

Too Noisy!

The walls of this hotel are paper thin. We had several teens in the next room and they partied late into the night. You could hear everything through the walls. We changed rooms the next day and were given a room by the elevator. We heard the elevator go up and down all night. Hense another night of lost sleep.Cigarette ashes found in the sink. Don't stay here.

Not so much.

Room was very small and stuffy. Since this was a winter vacation and the hotel is at a busy intersection, we didn't want to have the window open. But even when we did, there is no fan, thus no air circulation and the room was uncomfortably stuffy at all times.

Did not meet expectation

The Executive Pacific Hotel is in a great location and that is about it. The rooms are small and old. It was miserable to sleep at night with the lack of air conditioning and when you opened the window you were kept up all night with the noise outside. The staff was friendly. After the first visit I would not return to stay at this hotel in the future one time was enough.

Old with small rooms, but clean

Very small and outdated room with no desk. You can't get to the elevator without having to climb stairs so the hotel is definitely not for the handicapped. Minimal staff on duty – no concierge or bell hop– or least I could not find one.
