Not So Fantastic Hotel

The hotel was decent, but not worth what I paid ($23 per night parking, $10 1 day access for internet). For what I paid at the end of it, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. The only thing that made the hotel better were the toiletries, bed sheets and the coffee.

Hotel Executive Hotel Pacific

Bed was comfortable but the hotel needs cleaning. The floor had so much dirt that it looked like someone had had an accident. The hotel has a smell and the air was musty. The front desk personnel were cold and indifferent to customers. I will never stay there again. I also feel for the quality of the room I should be reimbursed. .

Business trip in Seattle

My warning to others thinking about booking this hotel: the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear everything going on the rooms surrounding you. The two nights I stayed at this hotel, I was woken up multiple times throughout both nights by people having conversations (and doing other things) in the rooms next to me. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the room was too warm and muggy feeling-with no way to cool it down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are very hard of hearing or can sleep through anything.

Did not meet expectation

The Executive Pacific Hotel is in a great location and that is about it. The rooms are small and old. It was miserable to sleep at night with the lack of air conditioning and when you opened the window you were kept up all night with the noise outside. The staff was friendly. After the first visit I would not return to stay at this hotel in the future one time was enough.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

The location is wonderful. You are right in the middle of downtown Seattle. Within walking distance there are a ton of things to do.

Small rooms!

The location was good. The lobby was really small, they shared the sitting area with a coffee place. If that place closes, the sitting area closes...so it was really weird. The hallways were updated, but the rooms weren't. The bathrooms are extremely small, and the walls are paper thin (really!). There wasn't enough space in the room to walk with 2 double beds. Please stay somewhere else for that price.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

The attractions located along the waterfront are nearby, but not super close. So you still need to take a cab.

you get what you pay for

The heater was stuck "on" when I arrived, service man turned it off but it remained unbearably hot, no offer for another room, no fan to cool it or circulate the air, no fan in bathroom. Had to go outside to the parking garage next door. Nice quaint character so consistent with that, room and bath were tiny, which was okay.

Old with small rooms, but clean

Very small and outdated room with no desk. You can't get to the elevator without having to climb stairs so the hotel is definitely not for the handicapped. Minimal staff on duty – no concierge or bell hop– or least I could not find one.

Fair Business Hotel, Great Location

Hotel condition was fair, but needing some upgrades. Great location and price were the two things that would bring me back, but I'll most likely find something else next time.

tiny room

I would not stay at the hotel again. The room was tiny and in need of maintenance. I had to force the door open with my shoulder in order to enter the room.

Business trip

The package I paid was for airfare, hotel and shuttle. When I arrived at the airport,I paid a shuttle that does not exist. It got worst, no one knew the Excutive Hotel Pacific and to top it off, I had to pay again for a bus to take me to the Hotel. I had to instruct the bus driver because they did not kow where the hotel was. I am sending this survey to see what you will go to reimburse the money from the shuttle. I had to take another bus that cost me $25.00. Please respond. Thank you
