Nice hotel in the center of all tourist attractions

My stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and mostly the doorman was super nice and very helpful in guiding directions to all tourist's attractions. Hotel has wine tasting each evening and the wine was of good quality. Noise was minimum. I will stay in this hotel again.

great location

yes, the rooms are somewhat small and the place definitely feels kinda old with the creaky elevators and whatnot. But it's comfortable, affordable, has a Seattle's Best coffee shop at one entrance and is within easy walking distance of Pike's Market, the waterfront, Pioneer Square, Safeco Field and the Space Needle - although you will have to climb some pretty steep hills. If you don't require a lot of space, this place is perfect if you want to stay downtown.

Wonderful Location

This is an older hotel, located right down town across from the Seattle Public Library, which is fantatic. When I checked in I was upgraded to a room that was not near the elevator. The rooms are small and older, but very clean. I liked the little white tiles on the bathroom floor. The best part is the location, just a short walk to Macy's and Nordstrom. Seattle was beautiful in December.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

There are three or four stairs to the elevator, so you may need help with your luggage.

Very Pleasant Stay.

Hotel location was awesome. Walking distance to everything. The hotel staff was great. Arrived late and left late. They were able to accomodate car services and luggage holding until my flight out. Recommend for everyone who wants the best for a reasonable price.

Friendly staff, great location, reasonably clean room

I stayed four nights and had no complaints. I had some noisy neighbors one night (Halloween weekend) and the resourceful receptionist helped me take care of the problem. The staff was generally very friendly and polite, and added to the great impression I had during my first visit to Seattle. I'd stay there again.
