Nice hotel in the center of all tourist attractions

My stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and mostly the doorman was super nice and very helpful in guiding directions to all tourist's attractions. Hotel has wine tasting each evening and the wine was of good quality. Noise was minimum. I will stay in this hotel again.

Awesome location, customer service!

This hotel in downtown Seattle was great. The room was VERY comfortable. The beds had 5 pillows on each bed, which was a huge plus as I am a pillow person. Most hotels only give you two. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was all clean. The rooms were a little on the small side, as was the bathroom. The water pressure in the morning when a lot of people were showering was bad, as it is an older hotel. I was very pleased with the fact that it had a 32in flat screen TV, and my girlfriend liked the fact that they provided a complimentary bathrobe. On my next trip to Seattle, I will definitly visit this hotel again. It was a great deal, and the staff was some of the most friendly hotel staff I have ever dealt with. I would give it four stars!

Great Location

Loved the location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a vehicle and driver who brought us to the airport at a flat rate which was competitive with the taxi ride into the city. Loved having the coffee shop attached to the hotel. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the sink, but the tub was nice and deep. Within walking distance to great tourist attractions like the Underground Tour (which was excellent, by the way), and Pike Street Market. I would recommend this for a weekend get-a-way, or as a business lodging, but not for family, as the room was a bit small to accommodate adults and children.

Great location

It was just a quick walk to Pike market and the Seattle art museum. Staff gave me a map and directions. Seattle's best had a coffee shop in lobby, so I could get a coffee and yummy treat. Washington wines were featured at evening wine tasting. I'd stay there again.

Nice stay with coffee shop

I stayed here on business for three nights in January. This is a great location and it is easy to get to things in the city walking, including the Convention Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best part of the hotel was that it is adjacent to a Seattle's Best Coffee and you don't even have to go outside to get coffee or food (some lady was there in her PJs!). Parking is expensive as it is everywhere in this area, but the valet is responsive, easy, and quick, and a day of parking gets you in and out privileges. The room was nice and quiet and a good size for a couple.
