Great location close to Qwest Field!

This is an older hotel that has been updated. The room was fairly small but clean and reasonably priced. The location was great - we could walk to Qwest Field. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I very much liked the Purple Cafe, two blocks away on 4th Avenue, and the restaurant of the Monaco Hotel directly across the street from the Executive Hotel Pacific. Both have terrific food and service. They're not cheap, however.

Vacationn

There were stairs from the lobby to the elevators, so having wheels on your luggage doesn' help you at all. The staff was helpful and friendly, willing to give information and help with any questions. There was a free computer to use for checking email. Nice touch.

stay 10/01-10/02

small rooms, you have to pay $21 per day for parking, which is next door. check in was a little difficult as there is only parking for taxis immediately outside but vallet is available. good location, rooms were small but clean and convenient. old hotel that appears to have been nicely rennovated. We enjoyed our short stay with no complaints.

The room was a disappointment

It was certainly adequate for our very short (less than 12 hour) stay. Have stayed here numerous times and this is the first room that was really in bad shape...paint peeling, cracked plaster, etc. Bathroom was almost too small to turn around in. We have loved it in the past. This time I will consider before going again, tho the location cannot be beaten. The price did seem to be too good to be true.

Heat stroke

A decent hotel for the price but they are having serious problems with their heating system. I got to my room about 3pm, immediately turned off the heater - not down but off entirely - and at midnight it was still so hot it made me sick. Normally, this is the type of hotel I would end up being a regular at but the heating was enough to make me put it on the 'avoid like the plague' list. A shame really..

Nice place!

This is a nice place. Not the newest, deffinately has some wear and tear, but the location is awesome for an on-a-budget Seattle tourist. The A/C was shut off half way through our stay. We were told the entire hotel switches from A/C to heat on a prescheduled date. This was awful and should have been re-evaluated since it was unusually warm in Seattle during our stay. We fried.

Floridian' Point of View

Hotel was mainly used for showering and sleeping as we spent 90% of our time out in Seattle. So the room served its purpose.
