Great location and excellent service!

The location of the hotel in proximity to the convention center was a highlight. My brother and I were able to go back and rest from the big expo going on at the time whenever we needed to and didn't have to travel far. The rooms were always well kept and stocked up every day. The staff was helpful when I needed it and overall the hotel was great!

After exiting the hotel, go up to 5th avenue and take a left, keep walking until you get to Rock Bottom, it's a restaurant on the left. Great food and excellent service only a short walk away!

Very Pleasant Stay.

Hotel location was awesome. Walking distance to everything. The hotel staff was great. Arrived late and left late. They were able to accomodate car services and luggage holding until my flight out. Recommend for everyone who wants the best for a reasonable price.

good hotel well located

I was attending a conference at the monaco hotel and I earned a lot by taking the Pacific. Even if it has no real lobby it is comfortable and quiet with free wifi. The carpet in the corridor should be changed but the room was clean. It is very well located in front of the beautiful public library.

We loved this hotel!

The bell hop recommended Bernard's for the best breakfast in town and it was only a short block and a half from the hotel. The walk down to the wharf's was easy, but coming back up...Woe!!!

Awesome location, customer service!

This hotel in downtown Seattle was great. The room was VERY comfortable. The beds had 5 pillows on each bed, which was a huge plus as I am a pillow person. Most hotels only give you two. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was all clean. The rooms were a little on the small side, as was the bathroom. The water pressure in the morning when a lot of people were showering was bad, as it is an older hotel. I was very pleased with the fact that it had a 32in flat screen TV, and my girlfriend liked the fact that they provided a complimentary bathrobe. On my next trip to Seattle, I will definitly visit this hotel again. It was a great deal, and the staff was some of the most friendly hotel staff I have ever dealt with. I would give it four stars!

great location

yes, the rooms are somewhat small and the place definitely feels kinda old with the creaky elevators and whatnot. But it's comfortable, affordable, has a Seattle's Best coffee shop at one entrance and is within easy walking distance of Pike's Market, the waterfront, Pioneer Square, Safeco Field and the Space Needle - although you will have to climb some pretty steep hills. If you don't require a lot of space, this place is perfect if you want to stay downtown.
