A traveler
Run down and past it's prime
Rooms are threadbare and in need of paint and carpets. Staff can barely stumble through getting you checked in and if you have a problem nobody knows how to deal with it. The manager's evening reception and breakfast were very good. One night we were there there were a number of youth sports teams staying there and they ran rampant. Had to call front desk 3 times before they wrested control back from the kids and their parents and their coaches who were oblivious to the chaos their kids were causing. Worst hotel experience ever.

The restaurant in the hotel is very good. A little expensive but worth not having to drive someplace. Good wine selection.

Hotel does not honor third party booking
We requested a smoking room 8 weeks in advance of our stay. When we arrived, we were told that all the smoking rooms were already full. The desk clerk also stated that requests that come from "Orbitz" would not be honored anyway. We stayed at a different hotel. I'll never consider staying at Embassy Suites again. Rude staff!

Great Seattle Stopover
We needed a place to stay while we stopped over on the way to Alaska and back home again. The Embassy Suites was great. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver was helpful with directions. Although we didn't take advantage of the manager's reception, we did use the breakfast buffet. We were able to start off our day of traveling with a full stomache and great spirits!

Sakura Con weekend stay
I been staying in Embassy suites for a long time, but I found this time that the hotel chain is charging for internet (by computer) and for parking. Other than that the hotel was good as always. Be sure to check all hidden fees before making reservations.

Slightly better than average
The staff was friendly. Although, furniture in the room looked a little old, it had everything you'd need. The Manager's evening reception was adequate & the free breakfast had good variety. The sauna was out of service which was a bummer. The fitness room was great. I think the pool needs some work because the kids were complaining about the merky water & they were itchy afterwards. The hotel was a little overpriced but I can't complain too much.

Embassy suites review
hotel room was very nice. No king beds available however. Breakfast crowded but very good. Staff had hard time keeping up with demand(coffee, juice, glasses etc. Hotel hot tub was inoperative, and that was key reason went chose Embassy !!
