I love this hotel. My cookie starts off my experience just right. The bed was extremely comfortable. The heat easy to turn off or on. The in room coffee tastes great. I love the glass covered hallways. So pretty to look out and walk through. The exercise room was nice.

I was very pleased with my experience..the only thing I did not like and was not prepared for was paying for parking like$20 for overnight parking they had no free parking for hotel guest..Kinda weird if you ask me. The hotel itself was beautiful!!

Seattle Visit
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is extremely large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located just seconds from the airport. The only downside is the $14 per day for wi-fi access. Other than that everything was good for the value. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Short drive from hotel
There is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to/from the hotel. If you want to go into the city just take the shuttle to the airport and catch the the light rail from the airport to downtown Seattle.

Perfect Night
I had an emergency trip that included an unplaned layover between flights hence the need for a hotel near the airport. The 2AM check-in went fine after I called the hotel to inform them of my need for a late check-in, unable to accomplish this on-line. The staff was great and the room way better than I had imagined. I went on the Orbitz website after finding out it would cost me an additional $100 to book through the hotel directly, thank you Orbitz for saving me $$ in an emergency moment. Clean & comfortable restaurant has excellent food Maid were not pleasant but the experience was ennjoyable beautiful place,have been there twice now

Well Worth the stay
I had a wondeful time, The room was very, very clean and all the food was just #1. The amenities like the pool annd the jacuzzi and the fitness centre was just a super best. Had a little issue with my check in time and roomkey not working, but they were very heplful and quickly solved my issues very professionally. I wish they had and indoor pool and a sauna which wold make it even more enjoyable, however I am not complaining. The lake view where my room was just so, so, great. I recommend this hotel to anyone and you will not regret it. The staff was awsome and very professional too.

nice place to stay
The whole experience was good. Beds were especially comfortable. Facility was quiet and secure. Would stay there again. Only improvement suggested- fix the ice machine, provide clean glasses in the room every day, and it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Nice, clean hotel conveniently located by the airport. Would definitely recommend! Free shuttle to and from the airport!
