Very relaxing
Very comfortable with a reasonable price. Staff was polite and pleasant. A bit away from the airport, but there is a hotel shuttle. The shuttle can also give you a ride to a Link Light Rail station which gives you an easy access to downtown Seattle.

Though I drove, this hotel is a short walk to Southcenter Mall where I scheduled several services as Gene Juarez Salon over a couple of days. I had a very relaxing weekend at this hotel, which is comfortable, clean, quiet, and affordable.

You get what you pay for
Pros: Good location to I-5, Kent and Southcenter Mall Cons: Understaffed Hotel. Don't expect Hilton (Doubletree) service. Thin walls in my room. I could hear the cell phone of the guy next door when it was set on vibrate. The parking on the weekends is pretty sparse when they have a function.

amazing weekend stay!
I came to seattle to visit my brother and his family for the weekend. I was a little skeptical at first about the entire trip because it was spontaneous...but once I got to the doubletree I was treated with the best hospitality and the staff made me feel extremely welcome! The hotel definately exceeded my expectations and would definately love to visit again!

The Keg is on of the best steakhouse I've ever been to and the service is impecable!

Great weekend getaway
We had a great experience. We got there early and they were able to get us into a room with no problems. The staff were courteous and gave us some delicious cookies when we checked in and when we checked out. Even though they were short on staff, they were still able to provide great customer service. Our room was perfect and clean. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and again the service and food was good. We then spent a lot of time at the pool. The water was too cold. Felt it should have been a lttle warmer, but the hot tub was perfect. It was nice to have the Outback restaurant so close to walk to. Especially since it was pouring down rain. The next morning we ate at the hotel restaurant again. Great kids menu and buffet. Our overall experience was great, and will definetly stay there again for a weekend getaway with my grandchildren.

Close to great shopping
Business and pleasure - sour note - the pool was closed for 4 hours on Sat. afternoon, because of a private party. Other hours it was usually packed with kids.
