Good conference hotel
The room was very nice overall. The bed was too firm for my taste. I also found the towels to be coarse and rough.

What a location.
the location could not have been better. Maid service was excellent, the rooms were always clean when we returned from our days out and about. I have no complaints about this trip. Front desk was very knowledgeable about bus schedules and helping to get around town.

WONDERFUL!!!!!!!
It was delightful! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Terry the concierge recommended a tour company to me and I'm grateful I took her advice, it was excellent. Iwas able to walk to every place I wanted to see. I'd definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone going to Seattle.

It met all of our needs
We needed a smoking room and a non-smoking one. This requirement in Seattle was a tough find. We were pleasantly surprised with pleasant staff, including the front desk, the club level staff and the concierge and bell help.

Overall, the hotel is a good find:
Overall, the hotel is a good find: good location near the heart of Downtown and the cost is good value. The facilites are slightly lacking on a hotel of this scale: no pool, no spa, 24 hour room service is basic but acceptable.
