Okay. . .
The Comfort Inn was a convenient place to hang our hats when we needed just one night in Seattle. Everyone was nice, and the breakfast waffles were really good. However, the room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived, and the air conditioner was worthless, hardly putting out any air while it was grinding out noises all night long. We had just come in from Europe and the loud air conditioner prevented our having a good night's sleep. We were so tired we did not report it to the management, and I wish we had. All was clean and pleasant, aside from that one issue.

Non-functioning Hot Tub!
We were very disappointed to learn that the Hot Tub was "out of order". Further inquiry revealed that it had been nonfuctional for over a month! (Apparently, it's not a priority to get it repaired.) We found toothpaste on the bathroom floor when we arrived, and it was still there when we left, three days later! Peeling paint on the ceiling over the shower needed repair, and looked tacky. Overall, a very average stay. The location, however, is very convenient with its close proximity to SeaTac, and good shuttle service.

Terrible
There was an ice storm and the highway to the hotel was closed. They refused to refund our money even though we were unable to get there.

Very nice experience at Comfort Inn
This hotel is well-priced. It is clean and comfortable. The location is close to the airport, which made it easier to not get lost! During my stay, I went to a conference in Seattle. The commute was very easy into downtown. The continental breakfast was an added bonus on my busy mornings.

Good location
Had an early flight. Location 5 minutes from airport and timely shuttles made this a perfect spot. Great complimentary breakfast.
