Great hotel walking distance to the airport!
A nice clean hotel that looks like it has been updated recently. The nice staff woke me up at the time I requested. Prompt shuttle even though you could easily walk to the airport from there. The restaurant next door was delicious!

ok for one night
Nothing special really; room was large and comfortable, but there wasn't a lot of light, and the decor was a bit outdated for my taste. Continental breakfast was not that great. There was a special key for the business center that you had to ask for at the front desk, and they asked to return the key within an hour. There are much better three star hotels in the area.

Clean and Convenient
We showed up in Seattle during a period of low availability and high rates. We found space at the Coast Gateway Hotel after a long search and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has not been updated recently but was originally done to high standards, and as a result is more than adequate today. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to SeaTac airport and we rode the light rail into the city each day. It's close to an hour each way, so be ready to relax for a while. We would stay there again.

quick, comfy overnight
The friendly shuttle driver met me in good time at the shuttle gate, welcomed me warmly, showed me where to get hot tea and brought my simple bag to the counter. Good desk service, quick check-out in the morning with only a 5 minute wait for the return trip to the airport. Nice quality soaps, bath gel and shampoo too. Fast, friendly, clean and comfortable with free breakfast including yogurt and GOOD coffee, a must for me. I'll be back.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Great Roasters restaurant with choices for everyone, a fun, safe-feeling bar, and just a quick jaunt across the parking lot...how can you say no?

Nice and quiet rooms
I stayed at this hotel after a concert I attended in Auburn. It's a little out of the way because you have to drive north of Auburn but it's very easy to find. Amazingly quiet rooms, considering you're right next to the airport. Staff is professional and polite. Really good value for the price.

Sightseeing tip:
Not Applicable
If you go to the White River Amphitheater for a concert, it'll take you a long time to get back to the freeway. I strongly suggest taking the Buckley-Bonney Lake-Sumner route back from the concert and to get to it.
