Completely renovated and restored to it's 1902 elegance, Ballard Inn features 16 intimate rooms with 21st century amenities. Built in 1902, the building was originally commissioned by the American-Scandinavian Bank. In the late 1920s it was converted to a Hotel, which served the City of Ballard and neighboring communities of Fremont, Walling-ford and Magnolia for over 100 years. Guests have 24-hour access to a 50,000 sq-ft health club across the street, including pools, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool hot-tubs, court sports, weights, cardio equipment and a variety of classes for the mind and body.

No Room Waiting!

I made a reservation through Orb.... However, when I arrived to check in, the hotel staff has NO record of a reservation even though I had the Orb.... confirmation number, etc. I wasn't given any explanation. I had to stay at a different hotel. Ken

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. Very clean accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Great little neighborhood. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom (never needed to wait and was always clean) then this is a great place.

Prime location

I traveled here to visit family with my boyfriend. Very cute little boutique hotel. Shared bathrooms. Didnt really mind it. Location is in the heart of ballard next to all of the restaraunts and boutiques which was cool. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Definatley recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Ballard neighborhood.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Everything is located on Ballard Ave. the same as the hotel. Everyting is in short walking distance. Movies, shopping, restaraunts.

Ballard has so much culture!

Nice staff. Room walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything but its in the heart of Ballard so prime location and awesome shopes. Shared bathrooms for some rooms so make sure to clarify if you want shared bathroom or not.
