First adult vacation
Nice place to lay your head
We only stayed for one night while in Seattle. 5 blocks away from the space needle so we got the ticket to see it both in the day and the night and it was more amazing at night! We got to town at 10am and they were able to hold our bags for us in a locked room so I felt our things were secured. We were even able to check in early. Also, it's an easy spot to get to from te airport and only required a transfer from the train to a bus with less then a block walk between the two and saved us a bunch money on a cab.

Space needle- pay the extra $7 and get the day and night pass! Well worth it. They also allow you to email the photo they take of you for free but do it behind a green screen and add a background you can choose so it does look a little generic, but it's free!

The staff was awesome, the breakfast was great, the location was perfect! The room was clean and the hotel is all about being "green"! We will be staying here every time! Also, don't miss the Korean restaurant across the street- order the bulgogee!!!!!!!

Best Western (Loyal Inn)
This hotel was great. The staff was very accommomadating. The breakfast wasn't all that though. They really didn't offer much besides stale bagels, and waffels. That was my only complant.

The Hurricane Restuarent. They have very, very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open 24 hrs aday.

Excellent value for money
Warm, efficient front desk. Room very clean with everything in working order, including tea/coffee and free wifi. Breakfast room is small, basic, with TV turned on all the time, but choice and quality of food is good.

no alarm wake-up
This hotel missed twice in the wake-up calls. They do not have an automatic electronic wake-up system. The shifts didn't have clear take-over from one to another either. It happened twice among three different counter servants. They apologized but they just need a better methodology and management to improve this. Another thing I want to mention is that the price to airport by their shuttle taxi is not very clear to customer and the taxi drivers. Three hotel servants told me three different prices: $38, $35-40, and no idea. Shuttle driver on that day before leaving for airport asked me for $48 when I asked him how much. The hotel servant who told me $35-40 helped me to clarify the price to be $40. Probably that is just for that particular driver but I want you to be careful about the money you pay to the shuttle taxi who has business associated with this hotel.

No Complaints!
I stayed here while in Seattle for work for one week. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean everyday, and the location was great. Great experience for a great price!

For the business person that also enjoys dive bars, I would recommend The Hurricane cafe across the street (open 24/7, awesome breakfast food), The 5 Point Cafe down by Denny and 6th, Mama's Mexican Kitchen by Bell & 2nd, and plenty of other options, all within walking distance (Pikes Marketplace is only about a 10-15 minute walk away).

Disappointed Seattle Traveler
Older hotel, good location
This hotel was an older facility and needs some remodeling/painting/wallpaper/new bedding to update the decor. The continental breakfast was enjoyable.

Excellent value
Perfectly sensible hotel in a great location: (fairly) quiet, reliably spotless, comfortable bed and useful appliances, satisfying breakfast, efficient staff. Free and effective WiFi. Hard to beat the value for a modest hotel in an important city. A short cab ride ($7) from the Westlake station light rail connection to the airport ($2.50).

budget traveler
Great location and clean
Location was great. Only about 5 min away from space needle. Budget car rental was less than a block away which we thought was convenient. Break was buffet style (toast, English muffins, ham and eggs patties, waffles, yogurt, cereals, etc). Not fancy but different selections that will satisfy everyone. Parking was very affordable. $10 for one night (covers up till 6pm the following day). Liked having soap dispensers in the room instead of tiny bottles filling up landfill.
