poor execution
everything went wrong from shuttle service to check in, to room too cold and heat turned off and no blanket. decided to stay there as they had a bar, but it closed at 10, not 11. took 25 minutes to check in as a receptionist did not show up. key card did not work, etc.

High end quality
Great property! The room was tastefully appointed, bedding was first rate! Staff was great, really polite and very helpful! Would definately stay there again. Don't let outside appearances fool you! This property was a real gem! Appreciated the airport shuttle. And, of course, best of all was the low rate!!!

exceeded my expectations !!!!
The shuttle pickup was quick, friendly and very informative, then the checkin was smooth and very timely. Then I was impressed with the quality and value for the meal in the restaurant for dinner. Then if that was not enough, the breakfast the next morning was awesome to say the least!!! I recommend and will stay again the next time I need a hotel in the Seattle area. It was worth the money and then some.

Close to airport
We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle from and to the airport since we were just there for one night before leaving the next morning on another flight. It was pretty nice and clean which was all I wanted. They do have a restaurant in the hotel that stayed open until 10pm that day - we got there at 9:40 and the waitress was very kind and accomodating even that close to closing time. Good value I think.

Proximity to airport
It was very clean and comfortable, and I took advantage of the bath and washed and shampooed my hair. The staff was welcoming and I felt safe and protected. I had an early morning flight and I took their shuttle to the airport. The only disappointment was that their cafe was closed on Sunday, but everyone has to have a day off.

staff was great hotel just ok
The hotel was ok nothing great looked like there were some nice hotels in the same area staff was amazing and helpful though and shuttle drivers were really sweet and helpful probably would not go back to this exact hotel though

Pleasant and convenient. Food was acceptable with large variety for breakfast which was included with room rate. Well fed for the next leg of our journey.
