Value for the money
Hotel was under renovation so hard to rate, but overall still a good value for the money. Staff was excellent and pick up and transfer to the airport was efficient and timely.

Pass on this One
DO NOT use this hotel unless you do not mind having your stuff stolen. I had a bag of electronics (iPod, Sony Personal Play Station, lap top computer, etc) stolen from the room. Surprisingly they did find the lap top out by the dumpster three days later. The manager nor their insurance company was willing to claim responsibility. The manager was not proactive in trying to recover the items. This hotel is not in a safe place - too many homeless. Actually the day our items were stolen, they had to call the police to remove a homeless from the hotel. Spend a little extra money in order to feel safe for your stay. Never again stay there.

Ordinary but okay
The room was fine, but the hotel lobby and hallways seemed dated and in need of renewal. Staff was nice. There is no restaurant within walking distance (we were offered the airport shuttle to take us anywhere, though), and the restaurant hotel, although with very friendly staff, had a very limited selection. The complimentary breakfast was very good -- actually offering some healthy choices along with the usual unhealthy ones!

poor execution
everything went wrong from shuttle service to check in, to room too cold and heat turned off and no blanket. decided to stay there as they had a bar, but it closed at 10, not 11. took 25 minutes to check in as a receptionist did not show up. key card did not work, etc.

Good breakfast
Average room, good breakfast. The only downfall is that I'm a light sleeper and could hear every plane flying over.

High end quality
Great property! The room was tastefully appointed, bedding was first rate! Staff was great, really polite and very helpful! Would definately stay there again. Don't let outside appearances fool you! This property was a real gem! Appreciated the airport shuttle. And, of course, best of all was the low rate!!!

exceeded my expectations !!!!
The shuttle pickup was quick, friendly and very informative, then the checkin was smooth and very timely. Then I was impressed with the quality and value for the meal in the restaurant for dinner. Then if that was not enough, the breakfast the next morning was awesome to say the least!!! I recommend and will stay again the next time I need a hotel in the Seattle area. It was worth the money and then some.

The staff were very helpful,courteous,they alway greet you.It makes your day beautiful. I definitely will stay there again.This is my third time stay there.
