worst trip of my life
I felt abandoned and cheated
your company has no idea what it is doing. I was standed in another country and you booked me in a hotel that was 30 miles away from the city I was in. you put me on hold for an hour and my phone company was charging me a dollar a minute!! It was the worst experince of my life.

Great customer service - staff was friendly, courteous and helpful - always had a smile There was a small issues with the WiFi connection but I was informed that they are getting a new system in the near future. I was very pleased with the service, the room, and the cost

There's nothing wrong with the hotel. The inside was nice and clean. The only complaints was the water system is loud when other rooms using it and there's not enough parking space.

just what we ordered
Clean, basic room - nothing extraordinary but it was exactly what we needed for a quick, overnight stay before catching a plane. Very reasonable price and good shuttle service to the airport. "continental breakfast" was only muffins and coffee/tea, but good enough for a start. Friendly staff.

Excellent value for the money
Easy to find and with convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Close to a lot of food, both chain and some mom and pop as well as near a large and small grocery stores. Who needs more for a quick trip or a clean expensive place to sleep when most of your time is at a meeting, and you can always go to some hotel with an expensive lobby bar and restaurant.

The room was clean, but dated. The staff was very friendly. Hotel also operated a parking lot. The setting was cozy; in the midst of a busy neighborhood. We would stay again because the price was right.
