Not Bad for the Price

Ordinary room with outdated TV that didn't get good reception but otherwise no complaints. Setting is beautiful along the Columbia River. Right outside the door you can join the public shoreline park to walk. Included breakfast was a bonus. Take your extra pillows because there were only 2 in the room with one kingsize bed. Pricing was fair for the accommodations.

Clean and friendly. Like being at home.

Everything is smooth from check-in, breakfast, to check-out. Room is very clean. Staffs are friendly. Location is great. We even had time to take a short tour along the Columbia river. The only thing I wish I had done was to unplug to fridge at night. The noise from the fridge was kind of loud.

Great Value

Friendly staff, clean room. When they saw I was having difficulty walking they made sure we were on the first level and the closest to the entrance. They even upgraded us to a King room. They have a great hot breakfast which is included in the room. Couldn't have done better at a outside restaurant. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, Great price also.

Budget traveler's delight

I booked this motel for a one-night stay while attending a conference in the TriCities area. It has a great location on the river, and I noticed several people walking on a pedestrian and bike trail along the river the next morning. I'm not sure how long the trail goes, but it looked promising, pretty, and, most of all, convenient. I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was worn out, but had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge and microwave. The bed was plenty comfortable. The place was absolutely silent on the early-October weekend I was there. I grabbed an orange juice to go the next morning, but didn't sit down for the breakfast, which appeared to be well stocked. Overall, I would recommend this motel, but I would also arrive with reasonable expectations. This is really just a basic motel with a nice location on the river. If you want something fancy, go elsewhere.

Nice location & staff

This hotel is in a nice location by the columbia river trail and things to do for adults and kids (parks, shopping, restaurants, golf). The staff is friendly and they have a complimentary (hot)breakfast. That being said, it's dated and not a $100/night hotel (it's a great $70-80\night hotel). I realize they get what they get during the season but it's overpriced at $100.

very disappointing

We booked a suite with two queen beds. We arrived and were "upgraded" to one king size bed and a pull out couch. Had to pull out mattress from couch and sleep on the floor. It had a full kitchen but nothing in it but 4 coffee cups and two glasses. I will never stay there again [...].
