Fun weekend getaway.
The hotels location was awesome. I had a view of the Columbia river, the pool and the park. The staff was very friendly and curtious. The rooms were very average and could stand a very good cleaning but the beds were super comfortable:) I think if I had a complaint it would be that housekeeping needs to be more attention to detail. Wipe things down, disinfect and clean the room more efficiently for the next guest! I found a pair of women's worn panties in my living room that did not belong to me and it thoroughly grossed me out!!!

Great location.
Richland wasn't where we needed to be-but it was worth the drive from Pasco..15min. We had a river view-catherdral ceiling-balcony. Walk right down to the river walk/park, easy access to our car. Large lawn area to walk the pooch-volley ball court rt by pool and lawn. Wld stay there again!

I was in town on business, this is a great location near places to eat, easy to get in and out, good beds, great view if your towards the river, but close to it anyway.

Stay OK but no coffee pot
Rapid check in. No issues. Beds were comfortable but seemed small for supposedly queen size. More like double bed size. Room was clean. No coffee maker in room is hard for me to live we with. This is not a free breakfast place. They have a full scale restaurant and a breakfast buffet for $7.99 and we took that into account when comparing their rate to the Hampton nearby.

Sterlings restaurant next door is a great spot for breakfast. Great blueberry pankakes. I recommend the Gondola if you like bisuits and gravy. Also take a walk in the park and along the river if you have time.

Pretty good
Our biggest beef with this hotel is the beds are nice but the linen doesn't stay tucked in the mattress--if they change mattresses get the sheets that fit! Seems to be a problem for many hotels not just this one. It makes sleeping more of a recreational sport.

Have dinner at one of the wineries in the area, Targaris has a great menu inside, and patio dining featuring pub food.

Pleasant Comfortable Stay
My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location allowed me to walk briskly along the river for a good distance, providing a very pleasant way to exercise after a long day.

The hotel was okay but is in desperate need of a remodel. We would have stayed at the new Hampton Inn down the street but they don't take dogs
