Airport Hotel?
Very disappointed that hotel was listed as airport area hotel. Was no direct line at airport to call for shutlle so had to call from my mobile. Then it took two calls and over 30 minutes for shuttle to arrive. Another 20 minutes to get to hotel. Then no food in area so we had to eat at an adjacent hotel restaurant.. The room was good size, but lacked any "warmth" or design charm. breakfast was fine.

Mostly good but not quite a 4-star.
We just wanted a place to overnight near SEATAC. This is not the best for that because the hotel shuttle is difficult to summon and runs only on the hour and not at all late at night (when we needed it.) In-hotel breakfast area was a zoo on Saturday morning.

Average room for above average price Breakfast was average and congested, sometimes ran out of foodstuffs with a wait required to restock by the overwhelmed worker....not organized well Towels thin and worn Room small

Much better than expected.....
I had a great time...the staff as very friendly and helpful, guiing me in the best ways to get around and assisting if they could in any way. The breakfast in the mornings were grea and very well organized and the staff was quick to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Short drive from hotel
take advantage of the shuttle to the airport to catch the light rail into seattle. Saves you money and you don't have to drive. The shuttle was easy to do and very accomadating.

More than expected
Spent time traveling with elderly Mother, her nurse and my Wife. Very clean and spacious rooms. Large bathrooms. Total peace and quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Great Hotel
Free Breakfast is good, staff is great, pool & fitness room very nice. Location isn't bad, but we would not have been able to find it without our GPS. Small store inside hotel lobby for snacks is nice.

Very Nice
Very nice hotel, especially for the price. The breakfast was great. If you are spending a weekend in Seattle, I would recommend here. Not a bad drive (15 mins) to downtown, and paid a third of the price.
