Review

Everything was fince except it was to cold in the room. We would turn the heater up and it would and it would not stay warm. We did have a baby with us and we had to keep lots of clothes on her to keep her warm.

never stay in this hotel again

room so small, not clean. Came to seattle for vacation at 7h00 AM and return room at 3pm same day. hotel didnt refund the money.

Good location, helpful staff

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant, Yankee Grill, has good food at reasonable prices.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

A tour of the Smith Tower downtown was one of my favorite spots to see. The view is amazing, and the history of the building very interesting.

Holiday Inn Renton

Staff was pleasant, hotel rooms were clean, lobby was very nicely appointed. Good to have a restaurant attached. Rooms were clean but not very modern.

Not up to Holiday Inn usual standards

Requested handicapped acessible room - it was NOT ADA compliant! Whole building reeks of cigarette smoke

review for stay on 8/14/09

Checked in close to 11 PM. Lots of activity in the lobby. Clerk had a hard time getting the card key to work in the elevator. Room seemed clean but when I pulled the covers back, the sheets were dirty and slept in. Made me suspicious of everything in the room. Clerk said he couldn't give me a reduced rate because I booked online.

hotel review

The layout of the room was great. It's always nice to have a restaurant right there at the hotel. I did call for room service, but no one picked up the call, so I just went to the restaurant and got an order to go. The fitness facility is small and nothing fancy, but it's there. The location was good - right next to where I needed to go for buisness, movie theater next door, and starbucks within walking distance for a quick breakfast and caffine.
