Comfortable and wonderful stay
Very comfortable, perfect location. The breakfast was great, the waffles were fresh, they also had cereal, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs and coffee/juice. All in all, it was a great value for the price.

not what i expected
There is very poor customer service the check in time is till 3pm thats really late for people that are traveling...nothing was done to make us feel better it was frustrating...i dont recommended this place nor the breakfast.

Excellent overnight
Everyone was very nice. Kids enjoyed pool. I enjoyed laundry room! Breakfast was fab!

Comfortable and located well
The hotel was very comfortable for a short term business stay and is very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, et. as well as to the Microsoft campus if you have business there.

i like the Silver Cloud chain in the greater Seattle area. They are typically quiet and clean, with large rooms. The free internet, parking, and breakfast make them a good value.

Business trip quick stay
I only was there for two nights, but both nights were fine. Rooms were clean, bathroom a little small, but the TV was big. Internet was fast and the bed was comfy. They do have an indoor pool but never used it, free breakfast is fairly decent.

Redmond
My son and I where visiting Redmond to interview at a nearby college choice. Silver Cloud showed up on their wed site. So we chose them since the proximity to the school, ease of highway access. The front desk personel was pleasant and helpful. Explained the room charged, and suggestions. Parking was ample. The room was clean, well supplied, comfy beds. Also I cannot appreciate enough, the rooms where very quiet. Hot water for the showers plentyfull, as well as the towels, soap and shampoo. The front desk supplied us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, combs, all the little things we needed to make our trip a success. The continental breakfast was more than enought, with plenty of belicious food and drink. Coffee was good as was the self made waffles. The area had plenty of walking distance dinning choices, and general shopping. Our eventual checkout was quick and easy. If my son winds up going to the school we visited I'll be staying there with my wife.
