Good Place to Stay
Good location near campus. Needs a little more parking space. Include more info in up front description. There's more than the disney channel and TV remote.

reasonable and good location
The night we stayed the lobby was a mess but staff apoligized for this because the lobby was under renovation though no discount. Very convenient location and cheaper than hotel down the street. TV was snowy and called it in to front desk but was told it is a cable company problem. This didn't make sense but was able to troubleshoot it and found a bad cable. Front desk informed and they indicated they would follow up. Great to have free internet, all hotels should provide now days.

Long walk from hotel
You can hike to downtown Pullman depending on the weather or take a short drive and park. Nice loop trails to downtown and around Pullman. Enjoyed the walk and explored the stores, enjoyed a morning cup of coffee

Wasn't what I expected
I don't travel often - so it may be that I got what I paid for. On the plus side - great location to WSU campus, restaurants, and town. Nice flat screen TV with great channels and WI-FI. Breakfast was OK, friendly staff. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the bathroom was tiny and the shower head sprayed at my chest (and slightly out of the shower!) - and would not adjust. I didn't mind that the hotel was older, but they could use some more upgrades (textiles, furniture, bathrooms). It would make a huge difference.

Good location to dorms!
Enjoyed our stay. Polite staff, clean rooms with good beds. The breakfast had good choices, and was tasty. Would stay there again.

Nice Value
It was very enjoyable. Free Wifi, a plus. Nice breakfast. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, nice view of the palouse.

I was tired after wsu orientation and was about to go walk to get food when I noticed that this pamphlet said that this place delivered and i just got some food from there. good food, but a little expensive i cant remember the name, delievery was slow.

Excellent experience.
Great location near the WSU campus. Room was clean and quiet and had received recent upgrades. The hotel was in the process of other upgrades as well. Staff was very courteous and professional, and the freshly baked cookies each night were a treat.

Quiet location with plenty of parking
The location of the motel was the main reason that I chose it. I was attending an FFA program at WSU and my grandaughter was one of the participants. I had the choice of a room with two beds or one at the same price because they were the only two left. I took the two beds in case my grandaughter could stay that night. When I checked in the attendant at the desk remembered that and commented on it. The grandaughter was going to be out late at a dance so did not get to stay, but it was a short drive to attend her events at WSU. Nice variety at breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit and juices, good coffee.

Friendly Staff and Good Value
I chose this hotel as a secondary location when all hotels were unavailable in Moscow,ID for attending my sons graduation at the University of Idaho. Located in Pullman,Quality Inn was a short ride to and from all the activities in Moscow and convenient to get to. The room was clean and the staff helpful, attentive, and friendly! As a person that travels extensively for business, I found this hotel to be very acceptable for a personal or business trip. PS. I enjoyed the breakfast bar when I was on the run!
