Safe, clean, great serrvice, convenient
The Holiday Inn Express in Pullman is conveniently located next to Washington State University and is situated at the end of town closest to Moscow Idaho, making the location convenient for anyone traveling between the two cities frequently during their stay. The location is in an area of new construction, and you will need to drive to reach the better restaurants and the downtown area of Pullman. This isn't such a big deal, as you can reach nearly any part of Pullman in about ten minutes. Bishop is a very busy road so plan accordingly - you may have to wait a while to turn left if you are leaving the hotel during rush hour.

Great Stay
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pullman for a culinary workshop at WSU. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly and ready to serve in anyway possible to make my stay great. I will stay there again next year.

The shuttle was available to take me to any place in town and to the airport. I just called when I wanted to be picked up and return to the Holiday Inn. I really enjoyed the personal service provided.

Great hotel, incredible service
I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when in Pullman. It is the perfect place to stay. Not only does their free shuttle go to the airport it will take you anywhere you need to go in town as well. The staff is amazing! I have been staying there for the past 7 years and I have never experienced anything but stellar service. And they just renovated their rooms so now there is a better hair dryer (a regular one rather than the wall-mounted variety).

There is a fairly new restaurant, The Banyans, at the WSU golf clubhouse that is superb. There is indoor and outdoor seating overlooking one of the holes. It faces east with a nice view of Moscow mountain. The free shuttle can take you there!

Great spot for WSU!!
We were in town visiting WSU as a prospective school for our son. The hotel staff were extremely helpful w/questions and suggestions. The shuttle to and from the school was great, they pick you up anywhere on campus!!

excellent!
The hotel close to WSU, 15min by walk. And the good thing is hotel shuttle can bring you to airport/ campus/walmart, very convenience. The hotel staff are very kindly to help you on everything you raised,especially the front desk staff. Room is big and clean,all looks new.

nice place to Stay
The Holiday Inn Express was very nice. I would stay there again. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem I had was that on our 2nd day the room was not cleaned until 6:00pm.

Great for Families
Two Queens and a sofa are great for a family stay. Couldn't ask for anything more for the free breakfast. The staff responded very quickly when we were stuck in the elevator.
