Great College Visit
This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, great amenities, and the room and linens were spotless. Coffee and cookies available upon arrival, lots of information on where to eat and how to get around - made things easy. Hotel was very close to university campus which was the purpose of our visit. Friends suggested this hotel, and we are glad they did! We will definitely stay here again.

excellent!
The hotel close to WSU, 15min by walk. And the good thing is hotel shuttle can bring you to airport/ campus/walmart, very convenience. The hotel staff are very kindly to help you on everything you raised,especially the front desk staff. Room is big and clean,all looks new.

The Best in Town
Rooms are always clean and well appointed. The lobby warm and inviting. It is consistently the most expensive hotel in town, but it is worth it.

Great spot for WSU!!
We were in town visiting WSU as a prospective school for our son. The hotel staff were extremely helpful w/questions and suggestions. The shuttle to and from the school was great, they pick you up anywhere on campus!!

college visit stay
In town for college visit. Room was large, very clean and quiet. Pool was good sized and warm. Cookies & milk night snack and good continental breakfrast in morn. Near restaurants and close to Wash State. Lobby was clean, comfortable, and a relaxing atmosphere. Gift shop off of lobby. Fitness room Ok sized. Friendly staff.

Great for Families
Two Queens and a sofa are great for a family stay. Couldn't ask for anything more for the free breakfast. The staff responded very quickly when we were stuck in the elevator.

Great hotel, incredible service
I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when in Pullman. It is the perfect place to stay. Not only does their free shuttle go to the airport it will take you anywhere you need to go in town as well. The staff is amazing! I have been staying there for the past 7 years and I have never experienced anything but stellar service. And they just renovated their rooms so now there is a better hair dryer (a regular one rather than the wall-mounted variety).

Short drive from hotel
There is a fairly new restaurant, The Banyans, at the WSU golf clubhouse that is superb. There is indoor and outdoor seating overlooking one of the holes. It faces east with a nice view of Moscow mountain. The free shuttle can take you there!
