Clean, quiet hotel with easy access.
I attended a training conference at a nearby location. The room at the Sleep Inn was quiet, clean and had adequate amenities. It had a nice pool and a small exercise room and a pretty fair continental breakfast was included. There is not much within walking distance , but the access to the hotel from the freeway is very easy, and many nearby stores, restaurants, and a theater complex are only a short drive. Some good hiking and wildlife viewing areas are only a short drive across the river.

Short walk from hotel
Broadmoor Square mall is only a short walk from the hotel, but it is an outlet mall. I didn't see any eating places there. The larger mall is a short, easy drive.

Easy access, friendly staff, excellent continental breakfast, very nice room including bathroom. The room had two stackable dining type chairs and really needed a chair with arms for better relaxation. Very nice bath area and shower but some attention needed to the area around the shower door (showing mold). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a very nice 5 day stay.

I have stayed at MANY hotels in the Tri-Cities area and I have to say that for the price this is the best one. It is centrally located between Richland and Pasco. It is quiet. The free breakfast is basic, but works. The pool is basic, but clean. The rooms are basic, but acceptable. We have paid WAY more in the Tri-Cities for WAY less!

Short drive from hotel
One exit East of the hotel you will find anything you need. Wal-Mart, Lowes, gas, grocery, restaurants, beauty salons, Starbucks, etc.
