Comfortable stay with airport shuttle, minutes to Moses Lake

Nice place to stay
Everything was nice. Would have been better if they supplied better bath soap and some conditioner. There was no conditioner. TV's are out of date. The continental breakfast was OK. Needs more variety. Love the 12 PM checkout time. the 24 hour pool. Front desk gal was kind of snippy. Would stay again.

Eat at Bob's. It is in the same parking lot as the hotel. Great food, great staff!

Not the best
We drove up from Portland to watch our son play in the World Series in Ephrata. The front desk people were great and made sure we had a nice quiet room. The room was large, but very outdated and smelled like smoke, even though we were told this room was a non-smoking room. The bedding actually had a burn hole in the comforter. Then we pulled out the twin sized hide a bed, and there were chips on the bedding as well as some dead bugs. YUCK!! The next morning we tried to go down to the breakfast area. The very small area was crowded and the food selection was horrible. We were going to come back next week to watch the finals, we had to change our reservation.

Not the place for a Couple.
Shower did not correctly work; Fridge door made it very hard to get to the inside. (it opened with the back toward the only standing place there was. It was a Zoo. Kids everywhere Parents not watching the kids. At Midnight the kids are running up and down the hall: playing catch, knocking on doors, the pool was still full of kids who had no parent in the room. Dont know if the staff could have done anything but i will NEVER stay at a Shilo Inn again.

Busy Lady
Nice indeed, something for everyone.
We only slept at the hotel, but took our small dog and visited with family in the area. The bed was very comfortable, the location was great, and having a gas station and store next door was a bonus, plus the pool and other amenities. Very nice, and we plan to return.

That was worth it!
We have stayed at other Moses Lake Hotels, Shilo Suites is the best value. The extra star must go to location. Just off I-90 and one FANTASTIC Diner in the parking lot. Nice spacious rooms and very friendly staff.

Bob's Diner (not Bob's Big Boy): This is one great treat in Moses Lake... $.93 for great coffee.
