Great breakfast, poor front desk
Highlight - Awesome breakfast and breakfast lady! The lady was on top of everything - making sure that nothing is empty or not refilled. The breakfast was splendid with many items and choices. I don't think I had this good complimentary breakfast from a hotel in the last many years. The front desk was neither friendly nor polite! They always behaved as though the guests disturbed them from something important. They were not rude, but they always had an uninviting look. The rooms & bathroom were clean. I wish the bed was a little cleaner - it was not feeling very fresh.

The compound where the hotel sits has the following eateries - Dennys, McDonalds, Subway. Across the street has - Sharis, Arbys, Burger King, Taco bell etc.. There are classy restuarants within 10 mins drive as well.

Mose Lake Traveler
Good location, newer hotel
A new hotel in Moses Lake is a welcome addition. We've spent the 4th of July in Moses Lake for the past 15 years. This was our first year at the Holiday Inn. Staying in a facility that had clean rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning was great. Our only point of contention was the pillows on the bedding. They were old and limp. An inquiry to the front desk gave us the reply that there was nothing else available. If you can, bring your own pillow!

Nice new hotel - great breakfast
Stayed during a Rotary Convention. Space and amenities in Breakfast room were excellent and complimentary. Bright and clean, easy parking with Gas and Denny's in parking lot. Highway nearby but a/c fan covered it up if there was any noise.

Hotel is at the southern end of town and the Community College and Airport ar at the northern end if that has any impact on your travel. There are no hotels on the north end.

Really nice hotel.
The room was very nice and comfortable. Location was great. Quick on and off the freeway and close to local stores. The only think I didn't like about the room was that there was not a fan in the bathroom.

clean, nice rooms,
nice rooms, we were at a baseball tourney, no not in hotel very much, room was perfect for my family, there was no fan in bathroom overall easy experiecne no problems
