Wonderful Staff, and Very Comfortable Room
I was having marital problems, and needed a place to stay for a few days. The staff was VERY nice, and professional, especially "Willow" who checked me in. The room was very comfortable, and clean, and I especially appreciated the cute "behive" bedspread. It made a difficult time much more bearable.

great place to stay
Great location. Room was very clean and very comfortable bed. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke but the room did not. Would stay again if in the area.

Overpriced
The hotel appears nice but it is just the surface. Bed felt like it was sheets over a board (and that is saying something as I like to camp with a pad on the ground). Hotel staff and guest can be clearly heard in the room so no sound proofing. I stay with my dog and they charged 1/2 the room rate for the dog but no ameneties for the dog. No place to walk them close to the hotel. Air conditioner in the room did not keep the room cool and no fan in the bathroom. I will not be staying again.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
Blankets covering a concrete slab for beds, pillows so thin you need four of them to do any good. The lobby was very clean but the rooms were out dated. The desk staff seemed to care less when they were even there. One of the worst stays I have ever had.

courteous employees,clean rooms,
Nice stay carpet seemed clean but needs replacing. Was suprised no hairdryer or shampoos in bathroom. Would stay again just be more prepared

Sister On A Mission
Time For the Holidays
Relaxed, did a little Christmas shopping...close to the Mall. Stayed here before and knew the convince to everything we needed. Always received polite service from the staff.

scheduled plans failed
We went shopping when we were there. There was barely any channels to watch on the tv. I hasd scheduled 2 queen beds w smoking. They didnt have our room there which we reserved.

Sister On A Mission
"Got To Get Away"
Greeted and helped with a cart for my belongings. :) I'm a non-smoker so they made sure I was on a floor that didn't have smoking! (greatful for the concern) I came to relaxe make a light dinner and regroup from a long work week. I had everything I needed. Good place for my Sister coming at Christmas, I shall join her since the room has plenty of space.
