Overpriced
The hotel appears nice but it is just the surface. Bed felt like it was sheets over a board (and that is saying something as I like to camp with a pad on the ground). Hotel staff and guest can be clearly heard in the room so no sound proofing. I stay with my dog and they charged 1/2 the room rate for the dog but no ameneties for the dog. No place to walk them close to the hotel. Air conditioner in the room did not keep the room cool and no fan in the bathroom. I will not be staying again.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
Blankets covering a concrete slab for beds, pillows so thin you need four of them to do any good. The lobby was very clean but the rooms were out dated. The desk staff seemed to care less when they were even there. One of the worst stays I have ever had.

Nice stay carpet seemed clean but needs replacing. Was suprised no hairdryer or shampoos in bathroom. Would stay again just be more prepared

Sister On A Mission
Time For the Holidays
Relaxed, did a little Christmas shopping...close to the Mall. Stayed here before and knew the convince to everything we needed. Always received polite service from the staff.

scheduled plans failed
We went shopping when we were there. There was barely any channels to watch on the tv. I hasd scheduled 2 queen beds w smoking. They didnt have our room there which we reserved.

"Got To Get Away"
Greeted and helped with a cart for my belongings. :) I'm a non-smoker so they made sure I was on a floor that didn't have smoking! (greatful for the concern) I came to relaxe make a light dinner and regroup from a long work week. I had everything I needed. Good place for my Sister coming at Christmas, I shall join her since the room has plenty of space.

Okay hotel but would not recommend...
For the type of hotel and for what the website offers, we thought we could expect more. To have broken shelves in the room with half the lights not working is not a good start. To have to come back because our rooms were not ready is not a good sign either. Granted, we arrived early, but given our afternoon shopping itinerary, checking in to the hotel and setting our baggage down would have been welcome at fifteen minutes prior to the actual check in time. I travel frequently and have been greeted with more "toiletry" items in a two star hostel than I was at this three star hotel. And for an extended stay hotel, this was disappointing. Moreover, to come down stairs to see the front desk staff sitting on one of the chairs in the lobby speaking to one of her personal friends was entirely unprofessional.

Great value and location
The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mini-kitchen was nicely furnished. On the down side, Wi-fi access cost $5, which I wasn't aware of, and I could hear lots of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout the night. Still, good value overall.
