The hotel was everything that I needed. The front desk personnel was excellent. The hotel was clean and the morning breakfast was excellent. All staff was was very friendly. i would use this hotel again.

Great hotel for the price
We used the hotel for a family trip to Seattle. The breakfast was very satisfying and quite complete (above the typical "Continental Breakfast" you can find in other places). Great value for the price.

Dragon Boat Race-Kent Cornacopia Days
We made reservations for one night to attend the dragon boat races in Kent. It was very close to the freeway access and the continental breakfast was wonderful.

They went above and beyond by offering me transport to my daily business location and to the nearby mall to get dinner in the evening.

Holiday Inn Kent
The service here was fantastic! We had a 25 minute shuttle ride during rush hour to get to the hotel. They offered to shuttle us to local restaurants but we chose the one next door - quite good. The room was tiny for a king bed but had everything expected. The staff knew we were leaving at 4 a.m. so they had two breakfast plates waiting for us to take with us. We didn't even ask! The shuttle back to the airport was only 15 minutes. I would go there again

Low Cost with Good Service
We enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn in Kent. It is very convenient to the highway and not too far from Seattle or Tacoma. The staff was very helpful and the free cookies at night was a nice touch. It wasn't a stand out hotel, but it was very nice for the cost compared to other options in the area. The hotel was convenient to a number of inexpensive food options. The cleaning staff did a good job each day we were there. We were more than happy to have stayed with them.

For the price, it's an excellent place
It was a great place to stay at. Very good service. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and very spacious. The only fall back was, the walls are too thin, you can hear your neighbors snore.
