outstanding,Had very refreshing stay. Staff was very pleasant and was customer service ready.

First, the hotel shuttle took 50 minutes to pick us up at the airport when normally it took 10 minutes. Second, we chose this hotel due to the amentities and the previous ratings. However, due to our shuttle being so late, we missed the free evening meal, but it might have been a blessing in disguise. The food looked disgusting. Also, the coffee in the lobby was always cold. Third, the fireplace was a real letdown. Because we came during the end of September (supposedly the summer season still), they didn't stalk firewood so we had to buy our own. The room itself was unimpressive with uncomfortable bed. The tv was old, bulky, and with a small screen. On leaving the next morning, the cook was late so the shuttle driver stepped in to be the cook which meant that we were without a driver. The hotel did call us a cab, but that should not have happened. I was really expecting a lot more, but instead of staying another night, I choose to stay at the Larkspur which was cheaper and a whole lot better hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay from check in until check out. Incredible staff and the rooms were fantastic. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and the breakfast was a great touch. it is a fair drive to downtown Seattle, but there are a lot of great shopping/activity areas around the hotel.

The rooms were excellent with far more ammenities than we expected...two separate bedrooms with a full kitchen. Very clean. The full breakfast was great. The shuttle from the airport was very good...less than 30 minutes from the time we landed until we were in the motel. All personnel were very helpful and courteous.

very nice place. we had a two bed two bath condo, the design is very neat. clean and comfortable. kitchen has everything I need. and free shuttle to the airport is a plus. will recommend it to my friends.

Compared to other long-stay hotels, this one is top notch. Each room is in an 8-plex that was perfectly quiet. However, since there is an outdoor pool and several "condos," noise from inconsiderate guests yelling at their kids or at one another could be an issue. I certainly plan to stay there again as it is the first online hotel I've found in this price range that meets the expectations set up by its photos and advertising.

The staff was very pleasant. The room was not, the room was old and the cabinets didn't have shelves. The hideabed that said it was a queen was only a full size , and did not fit the kids well. There were no roll aways at the hotel. The shuttle to the airport was nice, though if you were coming from downtown , we learned to call from the Tukwilla station , in order to have the shuttle get us in about 15min. (otherwise is was about 40min to wait). The Breakfast was nice with a lot of different options. The pool and hottub were warm and clean.

The rooms are nice and roomy. I had wished we had more time to spend in them, since they were so comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the love seat made into a twin hide-a-bed that was perfect for our child. It was well furnished and had full kitchens. The staff was a little less than helpful. Our room order was wrong and they did nothing to assist us in the process. The morning breakfast was very nice with lots of hot food, but it was hard to get assistance.
