BEST WESTERN PLUS Plaza by the Green

Nothing too special. Staff were very nice, room was clean, I've had better "complementary" breakfasts but hey, its free food.

The hotel was in a beautiful, quiet location with plenty to do within walking distance. The complimentary shuttle will take you anywhere within a 6 mile radius from the hotel. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the lady employee was super sweet. All of the staff was friendly. The jacuzzi wasn't working during our visit.

Nice, clean hotel. Employees were always nice and helpful. We had a loud group of people in the room next to us, when we called to complain it was taken care of immediately. We looked forward to the yummy cookies made every evening. Only thing we would change is the size of the room - was a bit small for a weeks stay.

We have stayed here many times before flying out of Seattle. There is little airport noise and it is just south of the rental return areas so dropping the car off is easy and rental car shuttles get you to the airport with ease. Staff is always friendly and helpful with directions in the area. Breakfast starts at 6 am and the paper arrives under your door for the flight home. We will be back again since we have family in the Northwest.

I highly recommend this hotel. I kinda want to keep this gem a secret but feel guilty if i don't give the staff and management kudos for running such a great hotel. I'll be back soon. I have already recommended to all my colleges who travel between Washington and California.

Love, Love, Love this place. Looks like a shopping mall on the front and the back is on the golf course! The hotel is updated and very comfortable. It is a nice value for the buck. I stay here every time I travel to Kent. Continental breakfast and a great staff. Centrally located to shopping, eateries, golf and downtown Kent, it is a great place to stay.Beautiful decor and very friendly staff.

The staff was incredible and made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful, and it reminded me of much more expensive hotels.

The room I had was quiet and clean. They had a bacterial free remote control, which was cool. Free water in the room. Also, parking was free. Close to airport, which is a plus. The hotel is kind of in a strip mall. Not a lot of nice restaurants around. The neighborhood seemed quiet; however, there was a trailer park across the street but the hotel is on a golf course. Kind of weird. The breakfast bar area had a bad smell to it and didn't seem that clean so I decided to skip breakfast. Overall, a good hotel to stay if you want to be close to the airport and not pay excessive prices.

While staying at the Plaza by the green, we visited our family in Kent, Washington! The location was very close to where they lived. It was so nice knowing we could come back to our very pleasant room. The room was very clean and stocked with lots of towels. The free breakfast in the morning was good and much appreciated! The attendant was very courteous and helpful! We always try to stay here when we come to Washington!

Was in town to take my son to the waterpark. The proximity to the park was good though there are many other hotels in the I-5 corridor as well. The building is old, creaky floors, thin walls, lack of modernized utilitites. Our A/C cut out at 12:30 am in concert with some neighbors having a very loud domestic dispute. Where thin walls and creaky floors come into play. I called the front desk to inform them of our room quickly rising in temp and the neighbors. She told me to wait as she was checking someone in... Then she tells me all rooms are full. After finally coming to my door she tells me I have to reset the A/C. What a joke. Finally we get her to "fix" the A/C and leave to address the noise/fight. The argument continues well into 2 a.m. And the A/C cuts on and off all night sounding like a 1982 Datsun. Perpetual reset button trips to the bathroom. I'll never stay at a Best Western property again in my life if the Earth somehow had only Best Western hotels I'll build an Apollo capsule and land on the moon.... Stay away from this low-rent place with terrible customer service, half working amenities, and lack of resolution of complaints.
