Baymont Inn and Suites Tri-Cities/Kennewick WA

I stay here to visit family and love it. The location is central to Kennewick. There are Walmart, Walgreens, McDonalds, and Starbucks within walking distance. The pool and workout room are nice and clean. The laundry convenient. My room is always very clean and nice.

The Baymont is a smaller hotel surrounded by several of the big chain hotels. The personal service from the staff, amazing breakfast buffet, 24 hour indoor pool, and quiet, smoke-free environment are everything I have never gotten when staying in one of the big hotels. I found the rooom especially comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the ground floor. They also have a laundry room on hand, and a PC/printer in the lobby for guest useage. My only small complaint was that, visiting in January, I would have appreciated the heat be on in the room when I arrived. Took awhile before it was comfortable enough to take my coat off.

I travel on business and since I am an independent contractor I pay may own expenses. Therefore I do look for both a low price and a comfortable place to stay. The Baymont in Kennewick is just off Hwy 395 and is located in a good business area close to restaurants, a Starbucks and a WalMart grocery center. It was comfortable, everything worked just fine, and was clean. WiFi access was easy. Breakfast in the a.m. Ceral, Fruit, bagels, waffles.

In general the place would be a good average. I really appreciated the pool and hot tub, but the pool towels were a joke, not even big enough to wrap around your body!

This was a cheap hotel and we found out why. The rooms were dirty (floors were FILTHY, and they never cleaned under anything), and the table in the room was cheaply made and the legs almost broke on us twice. Then the breakfast made us sick the first time we stayed there, so we avoided it the second time. Also, there was a flooding issue at 3am the level down from us, so they called us to check if we had any running appliances, which I understand. Except that they thought we were in a jacuzzi suite, and we weren't; you would think they would know that in their own hotel. Luckily our sleeping baby slept through the phone ringing. And then 5 minutes after they had called and we checked everything and told them that nothing was running and there was no water in our room anywhere, they came and knocked on our door not even seeming to know that they had just called! We told the front desk in the morning and they didn't even know that the guy came and knocked on our door! (At least we knew it was the maintenance guy because we had seen him earlier in the evening when we first checked in because the toilet wasn't flushing.) We will NOT be staying here again unless we are desperate.

I did a review earlier on this same hotel because we stayed two separate nights. We would not have stayed the second night if we had not prepaid through orbitz. It was a horrible hotel and we will NOT stay here again unless we are very desperate.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff support quite nice. The hotel was reasonably priced and close to the airport and local attractions. My only complaint would be that I had a room near the ice machine which was sometimes loud. Other than that a good value for your dollar.

My wife and I decided to go for our 7 year anniversary...a night with no kids! It was a great price, the room was clean, the service was good and the pool is open 24 hours!

I really only slept and ate there! The breakfast was good and well stocked. The room was great and the bed was super fantastic!! The only complaint I have it the lighting in the bathroom area, not good!! Other than that, I will be back!
