Customer Service was exceptional, Kelly the girl that got us all checked in and comfortable was so outgoing and on top of everything. The room was very clean, the hallways etc. where nice also. Great neighborhood,area attractions and shopping. Thanks

Disappointment
We reserved a NON-SMOKING room but there were none available when we checked in. The smoke from the next room seeped into our room. It was an awful night. They did move us the next day, however, and that room was OK

Very unprofessional
We have never had a problem with the ESA's in Austin, TX, so we tried this one. The first time we stayed here (May 19) the floors were not clean and the kitchen area looked ignored. Gave it another chance in June, but will not try this one again. We weren't the only people who commented on how "unclean" the rooms were. We wore our shoes in the room and lined the bathroom with towels so that we didn't have to go barefoot on the floor.

Don't have cocktails at the Japanese steakhouse! We each had three normal drinks and our bill was $48.00. We do the "big city" thing all the time and we were honestly shocked when we saw the bill. Add a tip to that and it was an expensive (un)happy hour.

Great business amenities
Have stayed here before and was very satisfied. We usually need a late check out, which they have accommodated. The staff is very friendly. Great shopping in area. This time the fridge was noisy, although they would have changed rooms, it was late and we couldn?t be bothered. Pillows weren?t good, flat.
