the only good thing was the front desk lady. she was helpful in getting me the easiest directions to my final destination. the room however was lacking. bedding had tears and burn marks in them and the only rooms they have with two beds, are twin beds!!! not at all what the picture or description of what i booked. will not stay there again.

Never ever again
First of all, we requested a non smoking room and we were forced to stay in a smoking room since no other rooms were available. Next, after sleeping in the bed for two night, we noticed on the wall side ( the side that no one sees ) there was a large brown stain on the side of the box springs. This stain was the depth of the entire of box springs, and about two feet wide. I was mortified and disgusted! I brought this up with the front desk and showed her a picture, she couldn't believe it. She said she would talk with her manager. I never received a call back from the manager, so I called. She stated she would refund my money and send me a certificate for a free night at a residence inn. I had to call her back twice to receive the certificate for the free overnight stay. Eventually, I received it. I will never stay at a residence inn again.

Good value for the money
There were several small issues with the rooms I stayed in. The staff took care of them all quickly and courteously. The hotel is in a good spot, right off the highway and close to a Mall.

Just one night stay...

Nice stay for the price
Nice room for the price. Very nice having clean dishes and silverware in cupboard to eat with. Wish the bed was a little better and tv was bigger but other than that it was a nice stay.

My stay in Everett
The room was nice and quiet. I like the amenities the rooms had with the small kitchen and utensils. I like the fact that there was hot water all the time for taking long showers if wanted. Was very nice.
