Week long stay
Staff was great! Parking lot was hard to turn into. Breakfast was more like snacks to go. Zero issues with anything other than what was mentioned earlier. Hotel recently remodeled. Overall experience = great deal!

awesome hotel
The hotel was great. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I had forgotten something in my room and didn't remember it until after I had checked out. The gentleman at the front counter was more than happy to let me back in the room to retrieve my belongings. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Hard beds no pool and stated as they do here no maid service o for 5 a day doesnt state on chp tickets wrong information on this site no leather funiture no suite rooms nothing and guess what on the week ends no breakfast stay away from this comany

the only good thing was the front desk lady. she was helpful in getting me the easiest directions to my final destination. the room however was lacking. bedding had tears and burn marks in them and the only rooms they have with two beds, are twin beds!!! not at all what the picture or description of what i booked. will not stay there again.

Never ever again
First of all, we requested a non smoking room and we were forced to stay in a smoking room since no other rooms were available. Next, after sleeping in the bed for two night, we noticed on the wall side ( the side that no one sees ) there was a large brown stain on the side of the box springs. This stain was the depth of the entire of box springs, and about two feet wide. I was mortified and disgusted! I brought this up with the front desk and showed her a picture, she couldn't believe it. She said she would talk with her manager. I never received a call back from the manager, so I called. She stated she would refund my money and send me a certificate for a free night at a residence inn. I had to call her back twice to receive the certificate for the free overnight stay. Eventually, I received it. I will never stay at a residence inn again.

Good value for the money
There were several small issues with the rooms I stayed in. The staff took care of them all quickly and courteously. The hotel is in a good spot, right off the highway and close to a Mall.
