it's a two-star hotel after all

When booking a two-star hotel you can't expect much, so I can't complain much. I picked the place for its location primarily since i needed to conduct business early in the morning and traffic can be significant. I didn't have major problems with the room: overall the furniture is dull, and the rack for the clothes is too close too the faucet...not a smart layout....There were not many amenities in terms of soap and shampoo either. Also, it wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be. on the bright side, the staff was friendly though, you get free parking and vey easy access to I-5. I didn't have a chance to try their breakfast.

Was ok, but not the best on our trip

The staff was extremely friendly and quickly resolved a problem with our first room by giving us another. The location was quiet, no problems with freeway noise. It was clean, but the room was very worn and the beds were not comfortable. Also the continental breakfast was very poor in compared to other places for a similar price. For a similar price, we found a much better place in Kirkland.

Try again, you can find a better place in kirkland, closer to Seattle. Or go further north so your closer to the Seattle premium outlet mall.

Nothing special

The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, they were very helpful. They knew alot about the area and had great traffic tips ;) The hotel itself was rather disapointing. It hasn't been updated in about 20 years. I didn't mind looking past the outdated room but the breakfast was terrible. Coffee, Tang, cold Cereal, a few apples, and buns. I feel the room was over priced for the quality. It was pretty clean. The location is good but it your a light sleeper the road noise takes some getting used to.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

The Everett mall is just around the corner about a 5 min drive. Cosco is down the block, gas accross the street and alot more shopping within 20 in any direction. It was also easy to get to the Seattle Outlet Mall from there, about a 40 min drive but it's straight out not many turns to navigate.

Interesting - RudeManager - Decent For $

The Front Desk Staff was very nice. The manager was very rude and accusing me of having a pet in my room when I did not have one, made threats after words towards me about a pet which was non-existent. Room was small and pretty clean. I did not sleep inside the bed, used sleeping bag and blankets of my own on top. Owner (I think) was very very very nice. All in all a decent place to stay for what it costs, its not the Hilton but if you are on a budget, it is pretty darn good.

Not pleased

When we entered our room, we found that it was lacking a small refrigerator and microwave. Since we were there for two nights, I went back to the office to request a different room. Was told that NONE of the rooms had microwaves or refrigerators, but for $10 more per night, we could move into a room with a kitchenette. It came with a microwave, full size frig, and a four burner stove, with oven. However, there were no utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. not even paper towels. The bathroom was clean, towels rough and old. They had covered up the door adjoining the next room, but not a good job. When we checked out, the clerk said that everyone who worked there was new but him, and that they had supplies for the kitchen. The clerk who charged the extra money, had forgotten to mention it. Would not stay there again.

Price was the consideration.

We were attending a family function and had to be in the area for five days. Price was the main consideration and location the second. It would have cost $600 more to stay at our first choice hotel. The hotel was acceptable for our situation. All we did there was sleep, as we were gone all day. Semi trucks overnighted there, but weren't disturbing for us. The rooms were clean and newly renovated, but the beds and bedding should be replaced. The exterior and lobby need a do over. It was just off the I-5 interstate and close to the mall and restaurants. Over all I would stay there again but not reccomend it to a friend.
