Mediocre
Room looked worn, bedding and towels thin. Generic shampoo and conditioner. Room did not feel clean. Eggs were spongy and quality of food not great. For $144 in Ellensburg, not good buy. Found out later there is a new Best Western for less.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, perfect location. We stayed here for a concert at the Gorge. Usually we camp at the venue, but because it was later in the year than usual, we decided to play it safe and stay in a hotel. This place was perfect...about 30 minutes away, easy in/out, and right next door to Starbucks. Our only complaint was a very loud upstairs neighbor who was stomping around their room at 1 a.m., but that happens sometimes. Next time we will just request the top floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was larger than we expected with everything we needed, including a fold out couch! Microwave, fridge/freezer even! We will definitely stay there again if we do another concert when the weather may not be great for tent camping.

The good, the bad, and the ugly
Attending 50th class reunion. Hotel has great access to restaurants, gas stations, fast food, ect. I checked in late Friday night and in the morning while I was taking my shower I noticed mold around the edge of the tub. I notified the cleaning people and they said they would take care of it .... NOT. They did nothing. I checked out Sunday morning without taking my shower as I didnt want to be exposed to the mold. At the front desk I informed them of the situation. They said they would check into it. I left to return home.

Nice hotel, right location
Came to Ellensburg for the Yakima River Canyon Marathon, which starts a short walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms and amenities just what they should be for this class hotel; overall, this was a positive experience.

Very nice
Room were very nice - large. Breakfast area was fantastic - unfortunatley pool down for repair - could go next door - went and their pool closed for cleaning.

Fantastic deal
One of the best stays for the money in a long long time. Rooms were nice, staff friendly, good breakfast. Hard to find anything negative. I can't see staying anywhere else in Ellensburg, WA>

This hotel had a very nice room,(suite) pool, complimentary breakfast, and location. The front desk staff, however, seemed disinterested and rude.

Great stay
We stayed 2 nights and found the hotel staff friendly, the room big and clean, and the place was quiet. The Express breakfast was good with hot tasty food, although they were a little slow on our first morning refilling the dishes. We will definitely stay there again.

Very satisfied
I had no significant problems. The rooms were more than adequate. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The closest thing I had to a problem was that the WIFI signal was a bit weak. I will probably return to Ellensburg to fish the Yakama River, and when I do I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express
