Disappointed
When I pay the rate I paid for this hotel I expect everything to work. As a market trader I need to connect online and as such only book hotels with Wi-Fi access. This hotel has Wi-Fi but their internet connection never came up while I was there. The hot tub was out of order. The hallway carpets look quite old and worn. I often stay at the Choice family of hotels. This was the first to really disappoint. The mini-pillow idea is not a good idea either.

The Wing Central Roadhouse Grill is a great place for dinner. They serve a great prime rib!

Very comfortable with friendly staff
The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

A little noisy...
We were there visiting our daughter for the evening. The room was nice and clean, the bed pretty good. We didn't get much sleep though because there were kids running up and down the halls until after midnight, a diesel truck idling outside our window for an hour and a vacumn running at about 7:00 am.

Fair Accomadations
Hotel staff were not knowledgable about Orbitz and wanted to charge my personal visa for the room instead of realizing that I aready had paid for the room.

Orbitz was by fare the cheapest place to book a hotel in Ellensburg ... I saved $60 by booking through Orbitz instead of the hotel directly.
