Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Bothell, WA

This hotel suited our needs perfectly. We visited the nursery, quilt shops, Country Village for shopping and a tasting room of local winery. The hotel was in the perfect location to accommodate our travels. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful.

This is a comfortable hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is convenient as it is right next to a highway exit, although it is far from downtown and other places. Complimentary breakfast as also pretty decent, except for having to wait for new batches of food to come out because they were running low. What dinged this experience for me was that I requested a room for three people, thinking that I could get a cot in the room, and it just wasn't possible. Except they didn't tell me it was not possible - due to a fire hazard - until after they had looked for cots because they had run out. I wanted to give a lower rating based on this, but objectively it is a comfortable place to stay.

Absolutely delicious breakfast. Veryclean & nicely maintained. Staff was very good. Rooms are spacious & well maintained.

It was just as the title expresses. The only inconvenience was when my room was cleaned some towels and shmpoo, conditioner and coffee were not replaced. But, the front desk took care of that shortcoming very quickly. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Stayed in Bothell to enjoy a visit with family. This hotel offered clean and spacious rooms and a pleasant stay. A very comfortable visit. Noisy room doors were a nuisance, but that is common to most hotels.

When I made my reservation I specifically reserved a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds for my co-worker and I. We were a late check-in as I had indicated that I would be when I made the reservation. We were told that all the non-smoking room were unavailable so we had to sleep in a room that smelled like an ash tray. The bathroom was dirty with black hair all over and there was no little fridge to keep anything cold. The air conditioning kept going on and off so the fan noise would stop and then jolt you right when you thought you were going to finally drift off. The walls were thin and it was easy to hear others tvs and music on the 2nd floor and from the court yard. I would not pay $100 for an 8 hour sleepless stay in this smelly, noisy, uncomfortable hotel again.

This my second time that I stayed at the Country Inn and suite and I found this stay as good as it was in 2008 at Niagra Falls. Hotel availabilities are almost unlimited but I will be sure to make this hotel chain my first choice. I could not find anything to fault this hotel during my stay. Checking in was very fast and all paper had been prepared awaiting my arrival. This was the fastest I had ever been checked in at a Hotel. Likewise for checking out. Staffs were outstanding.

The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson is an adequate hotel in a rual area. There are not many things close to the hotel. There is shopping about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel. It is very quiet and alot of trees. The breakfast is more than just the continental breakfast, it has eggs, bacon, susage and more and is a wonderful value. The dinner menu is excellent, the steaks are very good.
