The hotel meet all of my needs when traveling for business. The fitness room was fantastic. Only issue I had was having to pay for WiFi. With all the perks for the price, you would think that should be included. Would stay there again

Young Couple on Vacation
Too busy for guests
My husband, friend, and I booked a double room so that we could have separate beds. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready (check-in was 3 pm and we arrived at 6 pm) but that we could have an upgrade to a room on the 16th floor with a view, but only one king bed. Obviously this would not work, but our room wouldn't be ready for at least another hour and we needed to get ready for a fancy dinner out after a day in the sun. We ended up taking the upgrade and asking for a roll-away for our friend. She ended up sleeping on a chase lounge chair because they ran out of roll-aways! The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, but we wish the hotel would plan for the busy holiday weekend!!!

Hated the room
Treated sub par...because of [...]?
Rude on check in...they kept saying that our room was not ready...that they were booked to capacity..so not true..then gave us a non view room looking at a metal maintenance building on their roof!

an excellent value with few downsides
Pro: Loved the place - beautiful bedding, fabulous staff, relaxing spa. Sky bridge away from shopping, live music on Friday. Con: no continental breakfast which would have been nice, didn't know about the parking cost, but they took it off the bill when I said something, kind of nickle and dimed us with some silly charges (1.50 for a phone call, charge for internet). And the pool needs to stay open past 11.

Disappointed.....
It was ok....
Upon arrival, the room was not 100% guest ready. There were items (children 'tippy' cups and baby wipes) left from previous guest and the room smelled slightly of vomit. There also was not any washclothes available in the bathroom. I tried requesting for another room but the hotel apparently was 'fully booked' this day, which was a Thursday. Other than the hotel being centrally located in Bellevue, close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants, I'm not fully sure i would stay here again.

Great hotel !!!
We had a great experience with the Westin hotel in downtown Bellevue, WA. The staffs are really friendly and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Great location to shopping and dining. Would stay here again.
