Better than expected

this hotel was definitely better than what I expected to get for what I paid! bed was a bit noisy, but nothing serious, everything was just good, nothing to complain about.

Non-Smoking Room ???

We had two rooms that were supposed to be Non-Smoking. One was horribly smokey while the other was only slightly smokey. Other than that the rooms were OK.

Fantastic stay for the price

I needed a quite, clean, inexpensive place for one night in Bellevue. I was very impressed and for the price the Homestead Suites in Bellevue/Factoria would be nearly impossible to beat. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had difficulty connecting to the wireless network, but didn't really need it for this stay and didn't contact support. I definitely recommend Homestead Suites for the value-minded traveller.

Homestead Suites Bellevue

Mattress springs are shot. Hotels need to replace mattresses like this. Rooms are really small. We probably wouldn't use this hotel again.

great value

I was scouting out the area for a potential move. The staff was helpful and there were plenty of restaurants around. The only drawback was the monsterous hill that you had to walk up.
