Great!
booked a room here for my birthday! Employees were awesome! There were about 15 people meeting up in the room before going out, we called the front desk to have them book 2 van taxis to transport us to the bar, they called back and told us that we could use their shuttle service free of charge

An excellent hotel, close enough
An excellent hotel, close enough to Seattle and the Airport for convenience. A lovely ambience in restaurant with fabulous food and service meant no need to venture out. Thoroughly recommend.

comfortable quarters
we wanted to go downtown Bellvue for a tour. It would have been nice to have a shuttle bus that would take 6 of us at once. Othe than that we enjoyed our short stay.

Reasonable price
Spent a night there to do a triathlon. Front desk accommodated late check out for us :-) Might stay there again even though it's a bit tricky getting there from 405. Check with front desk before driving around looking for gas/food.

Disappointed in Spokane
Disappointed
I typically enjoy my stay at the Hilton in Bellevue. However, there were issues at the hotel during my last stay. The fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM Saturday morning and my toilet flooded at 6:00 AM, same morning. Although I received a call from the front desk in regard to the bathroom incident, I would have expected some sort of complimetary meal or a discount on the next stay for the inconveniences, some sort of small compensation. When housekeeping arrived, they didn't even clean the floor. I ended up doing it myself. I expect stellar customer service and I don't feel that I received it this time...
