Great Location, Needs better Parking
This hotel was great in the aspect of location, room and staff. However the parking garage you have to pay $10+tax per day. The garage is small and not equipped for large vehicles (i.e. suv's) for spaces.

Day staff was great!
The day staff was great and was so helpful with answering all of our questions, the night front desk staff however was absolutely horrible and extremely rude. Our beds in our room were very dirty and hasn't been cleaned properly. I would have rated the staff 5 stars but due to our night experience and dirty room it unfourtunatly ruined that.

There is a Thai restruant abouna block away from Te hotel that is amazing and has a great happy hour with a swanky atmosphere.

missing bed, poor service, staff miscommunications, have not received promised refund, etc, etc, etc
We had a genuinely extremely bad experience at this hotel. I have listed a few examples of the poor service, miscommunications, and unwillingness to fix mistakes that we experienced during our stay below. However, the most frustrating thing of all (and the reason that I am now writing this review) is that the manager, contacted us personally to apologize for the poor service and to offer us a full refund (a copy of his exact e-mail is included at the end of this review below). However, after 4 –weeks and multiple attempts to contact the manager regarding the refund, we have still not received this and have to assume that we were again lied to in this manner as well. Should we receive the promised compensation, I will update this review accordingly.

Weekend getaway
The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was nice; although, the bathtub drained slow and there was a slight unpleasant odor in the room. The refrigerator was a good size. The hot tub is on the small side, but overall the pool area was nice. I would stay at the hotel again. Parking was $10.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. I appreciated the larger workout room (at least a half dozen treadmills and other cardio equipment). The staff was very professional and courteous.
