Beautiful place

Relaxation at it's best
The inside lobby was beautiful and there are work stations with computers, wifi, and printers available. Huge televisions, couches, fireplace and a bistro all available in the lobby area. The staff was very professional. We are used to a more friendly relaxed tone with staff, but the service was impecable. The snacks are incredibly spendy, so it is best to bring your own in. We had forgotten toothpaste and they had a large complimentary list of items. We enjoyed our pool and spa time and they have great hours for the pool and 24 hours for the gym. But there is no changing room or showers in the pool area. So there is no way to rinse off before going in, or restroom if you get the urge. You need to leave and go to your room, and come back. The view is of a parking lot and nothing to see. The hotel was very quiet in comparison to some we have stayed at. The maid service was wonderful and needs were met in a timely manner. There is no elevator so consider that you will be staying on the first floor if stairs are an issue for you. We stayed in Bellvue to save on costs of lodging while we did our activities in Seattle. This was a great experience and we will be back!

Great Quality for the Price
Very clean, comfortable bedding, great pool and whirlpool. Attentive staff that went the extra mile to make sure their guests are well-cared for.

Nice, as expected
Rooms and lobby have a nice updated feel to them. Staff were very pleasant. My kids always look forward to the pool anytime we stay at a hotel. Even though the pool was inside, this one was definitely on the brisk side. Hot tub was only lukewarm. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Modern, Fun Pool, Friendly & Clean
The kids were looking forward to the pool and hot tub. It was perfect for them. The lobby lounge area had a big new LCD TV with satellite, we used it to watch a family movie. The breakfast was great and worth including with the room. The rooms appear to be all update4d with a modern feel. We went into Seattle twice and the drive was a breeze (10 minutes). When I left my iPad at the breakfast table the staff happily found it for me and kept it safe. Given the chance we will definitly stay here again.

Convenience and spacious
Quick but nice experience. Checked in late. Staff was nice and helpful and interested in what we were in the area for. They gave us accurate and helpful directions for the next morning as we headed to the pacific science center. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. The experience was nice and felt we got a good value.
