Really great location, and a clean hotel

Wonderful hotel
The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. I appreciated the larger workout room (at least a half dozen treadmills and other cardio equipment). The staff was very professional and courteous.

A Hidden Gem in Bellevue
The hotel is conveniently located close to many of the key businesses, shops and museums in Bellevue. the hotel is easy to get to since it is located right off a major exit on the highway. The hotel is very clean, and the front desk is extremely helpful. Early check-in and late check out was no problem. Although parking was not included in my room rate, it was very reasonably priced given the location. The room was spacious, quiet, and very nicely furnished. The large flat screen TV and super comfortable bed was fabulous. In all I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a four star experience without paying four star prices.

For one of the best burgers in all of the United States, try Red Mill Burger in Seattle. Not a short drive from Bellevue (15 minutes without traffic), but very much worth it. Looking forward to going there again.

We were in the area to attend a MLB game at Safeco Field in Seattle. Transportation was the biggest problem and a shuttle service would have been fantastic. The room was very small.

Just so so
I was in Seattle for shopping and Bellevue is a good place to stay for the hotel price is much cheaper than Seattle downtown. But this hotel doesnt have the big lounge or large room, at most 2 star level.

Comfortable and convenient Hotel
This Courtyard by Marriott was my first stay at this chain and it certainly made a good first impression. The check-in staff were friendly and the lobby was bright and welcoming. The room was spotless. I'm not sure if this is a relatively new hotel or was recently renovated but everything was clean and neat with no sign of dust or dirt. That really mattered to me since I had just stayed with a supposed 4-star hotel in Minneapolis that was unworthy of even 2 stars. The work table and chair were comfortable to work on and when I took a break, I was pleasantly surprised to see that at least a handful of TV stations were received in HD - a rarity from my experience on the road. The bed was very comfortable so drifting off to sleep was not a problem. My room faced the inner courtyard and looked down on the enclosed pool so there was little noise. Close to the business core of Bellevue, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. I had a very enjoyable stay.
