Meh...I've seen better....
It's nice from the outside. We were bummed that the outdoor pool wasn't open. It was 90 degrees. The indoor pool was set at 80 degrees.. not very refreshing. The hot tub was broken. The furnace was broken so there was not hot water to take a shower. the bed was hard as a rock. However, when we complained, the man in charge said that he just took over the place and is renovating the entire place. He gave us a $50 dollar gift card for our next visit.

Doug, the Host is a really nice guy with a easy going style, He made you feel welcome straight away. Rooms were very clean and grounds were well kept. Location was great. We were there for the Car show and this place was perfect.Our schnauzer was also impressed with the digs and the management.

first class hosts!
I called to confirm my Orbitz reservation and found out that there was some kind of glitch - that there actually were no rooms available, that there had been a problem with Orbitz. Never fear!, [...] the manager said. We keep a few rooms held because of this ongoing problem. He graciously booked us a room a few days before our departure. Our stay was pleasant, the surroundings clean and quiet, the main lobby-seating area spacious, the jacuzzi hot and the pool clean. We would definitely return.

Unexpected great experience
Though the hotel did not get the reservation by orbitz, the reception offered us an even bigger room then we had booked and was helpful in any respect. It was a quiet two-room-apartment in the back of the yard, which had all facilities to have a pleasant stay.
