Don't judge a book by it's cover

When we first saw the place from the road, we were skeptical;'however, once we got inside we were pleasantly greeted and our room was darling. It was a large room decorated chalet like and clean. We had a front and back door and a patio with Table. The best part was the huge breakfast the next morning with sausages, bacon, eggs, blueberry pancakes, fried potatoes, breads, juices and more. They did have a pool and hot tub.

We ate at the Red Basil Thai Restuarant. Excellent food, nicely decorated but a little spendy yet worth it.

unbeatable value for the price

No complaints. Lovely atmosphere. Great location on the mountain. Bikes offered for riding with good cycling tracks as well as good walking tracks suitable for all ages. Would have liked to have stayed longer, a week would be ideal. The free breakfast was lovely and appetizing. Would definitely come back. A microwave was the only extra thing needed.

Very cozy and nice location

Ive never stayed at a lodge, so I dont have much to go by. But for the most part the lodge was nice. Clean rooms, pool was in very good condition and the staff was friendly. We never made it to breakfast so I cant comment on that. The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable and it was pricey for the type of lodge that it was. It was no nicer than a Red Roof Inn or a hotel like that, and it was almost double the price. But I guess that has to do with the area. But overall, it was a pleasant stay
