our thanksgiving vacation
We had a restful time. If it was nicer weather we would have been able to walk to a lot of places. My son loved the pool!

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great!! We had a very late check in but was hassle free and we settled right in. We did not get to use the pool because of the late check and and we slept late so missed the continental breakfast. But would definitely stay again - was quiet and comfortable. The water pressure was good too. The amenities were more than we expected - had a fridge and microwave, iron and ironing board. TV was adequate for our use. All in all we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you

The pluses: The University Inn and Suites is a comfortable nicely designed hotel. The manager was very prompt in checking me in at midnight, as my flight got in quite late. There is a beautiful pool with gorgeous landscaping around it. I imagine it is a lovely place to swim in the summer. I stayed there in the fall. After checking in, I had to walk from the lobby, across the courtyard, by the pool, and into another doorway to get to my room. The minuses: 1. I'm not sure I would have liked to walk across an open courtyard by the pool in the winter. 2. There appeared to be some renovation going on. 3. The free breakfast buffet was typical with lots of sugar-y white cereals, bagels, & muffins, and a waffle maker. I would have had hard boiled eggs but they were already peeled and I prefer to peel them myself so that the eggs hadn't been touched by anyone. I had arrived the night before at midnight and got to the buffet at 9:30 am--it was just closing. The staff was adamantly putting away the food, while hungry guests were chasing down the rolling carts to get cream cheese, etc. 4. The eating area was quite crowded even at 9:30 am. A suggestion would be to extend the breakfast buffet to longer hours and try to set up more tables.

Great location
University Inn is located close to shopping center and restaurants and easy access to highways. Hotel staff very helpful with directions, check in and check out was quick and easy.

Great room for the price!!
This was a very last minute trip but definitely worth it. The room was great- high ceilings, HUGE bathtub. Great location, mall was right next to us! Friendly's was in walking distance of hotel. Great amenities- you can use the pools from the comfort Inn while paying the university inn prices.

Good value

Nice place to stay, great location
Nice place to stay clean and quiet room great location, close from mall and other store indoor pool and hot tub only complain, internet signal not so strong
