Have not traveled for several years. Found the recommended reviews for the Holiday Inn Express in South Burlington, VT very ... helpful. Staff was very helpful and extremely polite. Our room was very quiet and very clean. The hotel location was perfect for our needs.

Convenient location.

It is a lovely hotel, however we felt that initally we were given the worst room (i.e., noisy, banging door as it was beside ... back entrance). We requested and were moved across the hall which was quiet but the heating system did not work. Through it all the staff were very friendly. Would recommend this hotel as a stopover - it was clean and comfortable. We were simply put off by our unfortunate experiences when we first arrived.

We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice Holiday Inn Express this was. The room was clean, well set up and "roomy." The ... staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was tasty and enjoyable. The buffet staff came out and introduced themselves and made sure you had everything you needed. A great "included!" Wish we had time for the pool. It looked really nice. We liked the restaurant next door. the rooms were very clean. My only complaint was that the window out to the pool had smudges and needed cleaning. I left a note and it was taken care of right away.

Even though this hotel says South Burlington it is a convenient location to access downtown Burlington (church St.) and visit UVM and other colleges.

I picked this hotel as it was renovated. Location way ok. Front staff knew their directions well. Cookies at 4:00 were ... great. Nice to have breakfast. Tried sausage gravy for 1st time. Nice to have biscuits and bacon.

Spent the night prior to dropping off a student at UVM. Could hear traffic noise on Rte 7 in early morning, but the location ... was really convenient. And, the Lakeview Inn right next door was a real bonus.

Had a really outstanding dinner right next door, and it was good not to have to drive any further. (We'd spent the whole day traveling). We also were very glad that the hotel offered breakfast.

The S. Burlington Holiday Inn Express was a good place to stay. It is close to downtown Burlington, the room was good sized ... and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool area. We will stay there again.

The layout of the room was perfect. Plenty of lounging space. I liked that they divided the shower and toilet area from the ... vanity area, very practical. Beds and bedding were very comfy.
