Free breakfast, phone calls and Wi-Fi at South Burlington hotel by mall
The Comfort Inn & Suites in South Burlington is across from the University Mall and just off Interstate 89. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby Burlington International Airport. Rooms at the South Burlington hotel have the benefit of microwaves and refrigerators, expanded cable, free high-speed Internet access and free local calls. Great location/Price
We live an hour away, but theater was getting out too late to drive home. The mall is within walking distance. Took cab to Flynn Theater (Awesome, but 1 mile away and parking there is terrible) to see Camelot, hotel was helpful with phone numbers. I had a hard time getting wireless to work, probably was me! We didn't have the free breakfast in hotel, but area was very clean, large and busy. There was a UVM hockey game same night and college sports teams staying there. Your car can be left there for 2 weeks when flying out of Burlington Airport and they have a free shuttle. Staff was great, beds very comfy, and heaters were quiet! Definitely will stay again. PS Very little road noise.

Brand new IHOP in the mall for breakfast, food was good, great price and plenty of it. Lots of good dinner restaurants downtown if you drive and park in garages. Check out Flynn Theater, too!

Poor attitude
As soon as I gave my name at the front desk, the staff person said "Oh, a reduced rate". She told me my room number and that was it. When I got to the room, I wasn't happy that I had been given a handicapped room. The bathroom facilities were not appropriate for my small child. When I requested a room change, I got got a poor attitude. I had to state that I had booked this room several months ago and whether I had a reduced rate or not, I should still recieve a room change, like any other customer. It took over 30 minutes before I recieved any answer. Then I finally got the room change.

My review of Comfort Inn & Suites
Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites, South Burlington, VT, was very enjoyable. It was very nice. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was that the breakfast area was very congested and there was inadequate staff to keep things cleaned up.

Short drive from hotel
It is less than two miles from the Lake Champlain waterfront and the attractions there. There is also a direct route to the Shelburne Museum and its wonderful exhibits.
