Red Roof Inn Rutland Killington

Parking lot in need of overhaul. Hallways had odor. Side doors to building didn't work 2 of the days I stayed there. Made for a long hike around the hotel. Staff member did give a good tip for a restaurant.

Traveled to Rutland for an interview and stayed in town at the Red Roof Inn. Staff were somewhat helpful to those who travel from out of town. Rooms were not bad but could use some updating.

Traveled 6 hours to Rutland VT for an interview and stayed at the Red Roof Inn. Hotel had a decent rate and fit the mantra of "you get what you pay for". Could use some updating and larger soaps for showering. The shampoo was enough for one person for one night. Free internet was nice. Overall and average experience.

Had a very pleasant reception and the stay was enjoyable. Room was a little musty but after airing out the room it was very pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding. I was supprised at the variety offered.

we were in Vermont to celebrate a college graduation. We had never stayed at this Red Roof before but thought we would take a chance. We were very glad that we did. We were pleased with the room, the staff, the breakfast and the location. Our only complaint was the temperature of the pool room.. The pool water itself was fine, but the temperature of the room was very, very cold. It made it uncomfortable to be in. The sauna was not preheated and there was no sign to indicate how long it would take to be usable. If there had been some indication we would have put it on earlier. I would definitely recommend this hotel with the hope that they will work on the temperature in the pool room.

We choose Red Roof in Rutland when spending a day or two settling our daughter into or picking her up from college. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable and affordable, and the rooms are a good size. The kids enjoy the pool, and the location is perfect. Unfortunately we had to choose a smoking room this time and the smell was very strong, but thankfully the window opened so we could have fresh air.

bed was very uncomfortable.

My son and I spent 1 night here before a ski race at Okemo. It was fine, just what we needed for a one night stay. Room was clean, a bit cool when we walked in, heated up while we were out for dinner. Conveniently located, half hour from Okemo. We will do this again for Okemo races in future years.

The hotel offered clean room with free WIFI and breakfast! Good Value. GPS could not locate the hotel address correctly but the hotel is located right off the main highway route 7 & 4.
